Are your rental properties safe and legal?
You should be aware that in the UK, every provided electrical appliance and the electrical installation of rented accommodation should be checked and certified as safe. In the unfortunate event of an accident you must be able to prove that the installation and all appliances have been routinely inspected.
The only way you can be absolutely sure electrical appliances are safe is to subject each appliance to electrical safety checks in order to get them certified with an electrical safety certificate.
